This insert comes with one removable tray that holds the item tokens. There are (4) sections in this tray, one for each type of item with the fourth being there to hold expansion items (that can be mixed in if desired). The main tray holds premium sleeved FFG sleeves. This insert holds the base game and three Queenie expansions (that were part of the Kickstarter version. It also holds expansion #1 - The Survivor Chronicles. (Game not included)
