We ordered our very first Searing Insert in the beginning of this year, and have been so impressed and pleased with not only the insert but our shopping experience with Robert that we have since added his inserts to several of our games. Not only do these inserts always fit great, they also do an amazing job of organizing game components and cut the time it takes to set up some games in half! Each insert is made with care and delivered in a carefully wrapped package, and we have never had any issue with inserts not lasting or standing up to the rigors of gameplay and shelf storage. On top of all of this, Robert is such a pleasure to work with. He does a great job on each insert, and in a world where customer service seems to be all but forgotten, Mr. Searing goes abover and beyond for his customers.
