Update on Sales
It's been awhile since I've sent out a newsletter and there's a reason for that. I am bound and determined to fulfill orders. I have to admit, the amount of sales that my Black Friday coupon generated were staggering and, I have to admit, I've been extremely worried about upsetting customers due to delays. One of the things I've been most excited about, since starting my little business, was the amount of positive feedback I was receiving and the comments on my customer service. I don't want to tarnish that. So, along those lines, I wanted to present full discloser on where I am with sales at the moment while guaranteeing you that I am working non-stop to fulfill orders. Along those lines, I want to let you know that I used to complete 2-3 inserts a day. I am now averaging (with the help of my wife) 4-7 inserts a day. I am also working 7 days-a-week. Things will calm down, I know that. This has taught me just how successful that sale was and how I need to be more prepared should I choose to offer that in the future. So, here goes:
- The Black Friday sale generated 88 sales totaling 324 inserts.
- I have completed 50 of those sales with 96 inserts remaining
- Additionally, to date, 81 new "non Black Friday' sales have come in
- I have completed 33 of those (mainly orders for Christmas, birthdays, presents).
I generally would not share such statistics and do so only to inform and be up-front as to what I am doing. Once things calm down, I'll be back to my 1-2 week turnaround - I promise. To everyone that has placed an order during this time or has one waiting - I cannot thank you enough for your patience!! As I mentioned prior, I don't like being in this situation and it troubles me that I could be upsetting my customers. I have been focussing 99% of my attention on fulfilling orders and, therefore, have not dedicated much time to new products. Having said that, I do offer a "insert for game" program (for products not present in my store - email me for details) and have several new products that will be released soon. Those include Lanterns, Acquire, Battlelore, Castles of Burgundy, and several others. My biggest priority will be getting an insert for Blood Rage out there. I am waiting on some Kickstarter content from Cool Mini or Not and then will begin working on that. I have many, many games sitting in queue waiting on an insert and 2016 should see my product offering grow in a very big way.
There's not much more I can say that I haven't mentioned above other than to reinforce my sincere gratitude for your business, your kind words, and your faith in my products. As I've stated before, we're a small operation composed of my wife, myself, and (sometimes my kids - they are great at removing pins). My customer service is extremely important to me and, therefore, I urge you to please reach out to me with any questions or concerns you may have.
