This insert is a single piece that sits on top of the board and manuals. It accommodates sleeved cards. The mini cards are in two separate small plastic boxes I made and would not be included. I would put a divider wall in there to separate the two stacks. Just a small note, the large sleeved cards contain 2 of the expansions but are stacked nearly to the top of the divider - thus, some of the cards may slide with box movement. (Game not included)
